Plastic Surgery

As evidenced by this link and extracting their respective appearances to BodyShop - Gilbert and Denise Jacquet and Jasmine Rai have supposedly undergone plastic surgery before University and Open for Business were released. In my game, he doesn't have any badges at the start. How come?
