Uncorrupted Lila[edit source]

I think I found a way to resurect her without her being corrupted. You move her grave then her family can resurect her with the Resurect o nomitron. When I resurected her, she didn't have a corrupted face or anything. Am I the only one who did this? Chunkyheels (talk ) 19:04, May 29, 2013 (UTC)

Interesting - Is it possible if you could provide any pictures of an uncorrupted Lyla Grunt? Ѧüя◎ґ (talk) 19:55, May 29, 2013 (UTC)
Sure :) I might be a little while because the computer with her on is at my grandparents Chunkyheels (talk ) 12:02, May 30, 2013 (UTC)
Hmm, I'm not sure if resurrecting a Sim without corrupting them would be that simple. After all, most premade Sims are already corrupted in the first place, especially deceased Strangetown Sims, not to mention to resurrect them. Have you heard Tarlia's clean hood? Yes, yes she is very glitchy. But are you sure that resurrecting her can fatally corrupt your game. Like corrupt it to the point where you have no choice but to uninstall your game? -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 06:17, January 5, 2014 (UTC)
Nope. For one thing, she'd only corrupt the neighborhood, not the game. Another, I don't know how severe her glitchiness would cause corruption to the neighborhood. But even if the damage is little, at least that would contribute to corruption. Nikel Talk Vote! 17:12, January 6, 2014 (UTC)
I don't know whether making Lyla playable can cause game corruption. She just seems to have a corrupted face that harms nothing but herself. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 00:32, January 7, 2014 (UTC)

I agree with C.Syde that Lyla only has a corrupted face that doesn't harm anything but herself EPICMINECRAFTER101 (talk) 19:34, March 22, 2015 (UTC)

Warning to all players![edit source]

I would like to advise the Sims community NOT to resurrect Lyla under ANY circumstances. Even using a Uberhood, with fixed memories does not change the fact that Lyla Grunt is damaged. Trying to change her appearance is extremely ill-advised as it can as already described mess up her appearance, and even worse, create duplicate Lylas. Please don't mess around with the sims buried in the Specter graveyard under ANY circumstances, even in Uberhoods using Tarlia's fixed templates! Øôppdëckš 17:14, December 20, 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for the mention! I was going to experiment with Melissa Sims, but I think I'll stay away from the graveyard. Sims Player (talk) (mistakes) 17:19, December 20, 2015 (UTC)
No problems, man! I guess you dodged a bullet there! :) Øôppdëckš 17:36, December 20, 2015 (UTC)
Still I've had no problems with these Sims, and even if I had, it's pretty easy to clone Lyla since her face is almost identical to the 2nd face template in Create a Sim. To achieve an exact replica, you click on this link and find the "fake" hidden Nervous in BodyShop, save it as something else, and then you have the exact replica of Lyla's facial structure, since the "fake" hidden Nervous' face doesn't show up properly with BodyShop, and saving it as something else will cause the replica you saved to not have the face that the "fake" Nervous has, even in Create a Sim. Instead Lyla's undamaged facial structure will appear in Create a Sim. ― C.Syde (talk | contribs) 18:44, December 20, 2015 (UTC)
