Question[edit source]

Hey guys!!! I saw a video on youtube about a sim growing up(in sims 2). But while the sim was still a teen she got married. Is that possible? --Limemabean 01:36, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

-No, not without third-party hacks and/or cheats.--Bella Goth 01:54, 18 May 2009 (UTC)Bella Goth

Create-A-Sim[edit source]

In Create a Sim, can you choose two Sims to be married? Sil204 (talk) 21:35, April 10, 2013 (UTC) Sil204

Yes. In both The Sims 2 and The Sims 3, it is possible for you to choose two Sims to be married. Ѧüя◎ґ (talk) 04:26, April 11, 2013 (UTC)

Sims 2 wedding attire[edit source]

In the article it says that the wedding attire for the Sims getting married is the same as their formal clothing, but I'm pretty sure that the game has specific outfits for getting married (a black tuxedo suit and a long white wedding dress). I wanted to make sure before I changed it though. Christophee (talk) 15:14, September 15, 2009 (UTC)

The game does have wedding attire but it is all classified under formal wear. --a_morris (talk) 18:23, September 19, 2009 (UTC)

How do you get married without a Wedding Arch? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.148.153.9 (talkcontribs) (UTC) - Please sign your comments with ~~~~

In where? In The Sims 2, you can just propose and get married without the wedding arch, the same as The Sims 3, because wedding arch is present in The Sims 3: Generations. Nikel Talk 17:16, December 24, 2011 (UTC)

Left at altar[edit source]

If a sim leaves someone at the altar, what happens next? Does the sim who ran away leave and go the neighbourhood bin? Or do they come back after a few hours? Sims2addict9312 (talk) 08:46, September 10, 2012 (UTC)

The Sim that runs away from the altar goes takes a taxi and leaves for a few hours. The Sim will typically return after a few hours and the engagement will have been broken off. Ѧüя◎ґ (talk) 04:24, April 11, 2013 (UTC)

Source for this statement?[edit source]

The section for joined union in The Sims 2 states: "Joined unions provide fewer aspiration points than marriage". I've noticed that the joined union wants have the same variation between Family Sims and other aspirations, but not that they are worth less. Dharden (talk) 00:10, September 26, 2013 (UTC)
