I thought Grim Reaper babies always had the first pre-crated face, along with mother's genetics? If Nervous only had Grimmy's genes, he'd look like the pre-created sim.

Sorta true. Nervous' face is really just a more customized variation of Buzz Grunt's but he does sort of look like the Grim Reaper. I'm not sure what it is about him that you can compare with Grim Reaper. But there definetely is some resemblence there!C.Syde65 (talk) 09:20, December 9, 2013 (UTC)

If you clone the Grim Reaper with SimPE, and give him a full-face mask, you'll see he has the same face Nervous does. Though this is just Pleasantwiew!Grim, not Strangetown!Grim (who is actually female) and Veronaville!Grim (or any of the other Grims) who would have faces that look like the premade ones. Though he lacks genetics, a bit like other sims in Strangetown lack complete genetics. [Who wrote this?]
