First time for making a skyscraper[edit source]

This is the first time in the series that a skyscraper can be made without the use of cheats.

Is that correct? I remember them being available as decorative objects in Downtown in Nightlife and I believe it was possible for modders to create their own and import into the game as custom content. --Duskeytalk 10:04, September 12, 2010 (UTC)

I would say it depends on the context. I wouldn't really consider a decorative object to be a skyscraper for the purposes of the article, but when you consider that skyscrapers in LN will basically be decorative as well (with very little useable area in them), I would say that skyscrapers, where all the floors are occupied or useable, still aren't possible in the game without cheats. -- Patrick (LostInRiverview) (talk)(blog)(random page) 15:01, September 12, 2010 (UTC)

Two rabbitholes in one skyscraper[edit source]

According to the preview article:

The high rise buildings don't just contain penthouses. Some of them contain several community lot types, like the community spa and the book store. So it's possible to combine community lots in these sky scrapers.

It's entirely possible to have two rabbitholes in one skyscraper. --Duskeytalk 10:08, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

Merging with shell[edit source]

Both this and Shell page aren't really long enough for both pages to be merged. Skyscraper is essentially a type of shell buildings, similar to pyramids, the Sphinx, and student union. I feel like the merging won't happen now, but the tagging would just seem necessary as a... tag. Nikel Talk Vote! 12:11, April 30, 2013 (UTC)
