She appears in the [[Shipwrecked and Single]] story at the [[Scavenger Fields]], where [[Nanihi Manave|Nanihi]] gets chased into a tree by the hyenas; Taro, [[Wairua]], and [[Patupaiarehe]]. The protagonist throws the bone that they had picked up at [[The Boneyard]] to distract the hyenas and save Nanihi. Taro may be encountered again at [[community lot]]s, whereduring sheand wouldafter mainly appear atthe nightstory. She can be adopted by Sims who have befriended her. As far as [[personality]] goes, Taro is a genius, lazy and finicky hyena. She doesn't have any [[interest]]s.
