- Time will move slower in the main neighborhoods while your Sim is away at college.
- New Interactions
- All Sims in all neighborhoods from Child and older will be equipped with a smartphone. This will provide new features such as social networking and the ability to take self photos with other Sims.

- New NPC - Llama Mascot
The Llama Mascot will drop off packages with free items. The mascot will also provide an aptitude test for your Sim. The results will depend on that Sims' personality and traits which can provide how much financial assistance your Sim will get.
