Each month on The Sims Wiki, we feature a contest on the main page. See the results of past contests.
Nomination Guidelines
This page exists for formal nominations for Featured Contest. Before any voting can take place on a contest, an administrator or bureaucrat must review the contest being nominated and determine whether the page is worthy of Featured Contest. Contests deemed to be too short, abandoned or poorly-managed may be denied nomination for Featured Contest.

Initial nominationsAnyone may nominate any contest they wish, as long as the article as not already been featured or already nominated. Please follow this process:
Administrator reviewOnce an article has been properly nominated, an administrator will open the nomination up to comments while they review the article to see whether it is fit for Featured Contest. After review of the article, an Administrator will perform one of these options:
If a contest nomination is denied, it cannot be remade for three (3) months. Note: If an administrator nominated an contest, it must be reviewed by a different administrator. VotingOnce option one is used, the contest will be available to be voted on. Anyone may vote for as many contests as they choose. Please do the following when voting:

Other informationAll votes that were present on the page as of the changeover to the new system have been removed. Any of those contests are open for re-nomination, but must go through the review process. | |

Place your nominations or votes below the contest(s) you would like to see featured. Nominations and votes should be based on the contest quality, not the content of the article. Please justify all nominations and votes, and sign them using four tildes (GG Talk 23:28, August 6, 2011 (UTC)).
