Rollback requests are almost always open.

This is the page where formal requests for rollback rights can be filed. Rollback rights enable normal users to use a [rollback] button to quickly revert vandalism from history pages. It is particularly useful on The Sims Wiki when an admin is unavailable to take bigger action against vandals. There is no maximum number of rollback users, so if you believe you deserve rollback rights, please do not hesitate to make a request.

Requirements

• Strong history of contributions; quality is more important than quantity
• History of anti-vandalism work - undoing or reporting vandals, or both
• No history of serious blocks due to vandalism or sockpuppetry. Weight will be given to recent history, and good faith should be assumed in making these judgments wherever possible.

Procedures

• Add your name as a subheading under the section "Current Requests" and give a concise explanation (no more than several lines) as to why you deserve and require rollback rights. Please sign your posts.
• Alternatively, another user may also nominate another eligible user for rollback rights. If this is the case, the applicant need only to say they accept the nomination.
  • Even if a nomination was discussed and agreed to on IRC, the applicant should accept the nomination on this page, for the benefit of those who were not on IRC at the time, and those who do not use IRC.
• Other users may or may not have questions. There will be no section for questions if there are no questions. Voting on a rollback request is unnecessary.
• The Bureaucrats will consider your request and make a decision. Please do not get too disappointed if your request is declined. You can always try again later.

My name is Saraswati. I want to be a rollback because I want to stop vandalism and I don’t like to see when someone edit a canon sims as they want. I don’t like to see someone who like to vandal our hard work. A months ago, I see someone editing Jamie Jolina pages so I decided to fix that. But, I made a mistake. I'm going to deny this request at this time, mainly due to a lack of main namespace edits - you've only made three edits to a main namespace page (and two of those were for player stories). I'd encourage you to become a more frequent editor of our canon articles (like pages about the games, characters, simology, etc) to build up your editing experience. -- LiR ^{speak ~ read} 15:35, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

I would like to apply for rollback as there has been the occasional vandal during my stay. However, other users with rollback have been able to deal with the situation before myself. There was one time where a user was heavily vandalising the Bella Goth and Don Lothario pages. I reported the vandal and tried to revert some of the edits. This was when I was new to the Wiki. If a similar incident happens again, I will be more prepared and having rollback would make it easier too. Thank you. AsherEire talk 13:08, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

My name is Kristina. I want to be rollback because I learned lot of things. I have many edits, but I want more. I hate vandalism and want to fight with it. When one vandal attacked me I quickly say an admin. When always I view some mistake, I edit it. I realy want to help this wiki. I too always want to add images. Can I be rollback?
