It has been reported that people have been reported that people have been impersonating admins, and other important people on The Sims IRC channel. Such as someone, most likely a troll, impersonated user BobNewbie. |

Other language wiki article count
The brazillian portugese wiki is at 497 articles at the time of writing. The spanish is also up to 1,934 so that might reach 2k for the next issue. Duskey(talk) 15:47, August 15, 2010 (UTC)
Submissions
We are currently accepting story submissions for the January 2011 edition of the TSW Newsletter. If you have a hand at writing and want to focus on something community-related or The Sims Series related, or want to give an opinion piece, add your submissions in a subsection here. Remember to put the {{UserSubmitted}} userbox on your userpage after you've submitted a idea!
- Requirements and rules
- No longer than 400 words.
- Focus on a topic related to TSW, the Sims community, or The Sims series.
- Editors may edit your submission for grammar, punctuation and spelling without permission, and may remove some sections to decrease length if necessary (though we'll try and avoid that). Editor will contact you on your talk page if submission must be edited for another reason, and will try and work with you to get the submission fixed up.
- Editor may deny any submission due to poor quality, lack of space, length (either too long or too short), or because of the subject. Please make your submissions as interesting as possible.
- Story ideas are appreciated too: if you have an idea for an interesting topic, suggest it here and we may write about it.
- Submission Deadline for the January 2010 issue: January 12, 2011
