There isn't a brooding bog-covered creature around, but this is still pure unadulterated swamp. The soil here is moist and fertile, and the trees have responded accordingly.
The Swamp is a community lot in the north-east of Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Like all community lots, it can be visited by using the travel map. A path to the south leads to Barren Banks, while another path leads to The Crossroads.
In the Shipwrecked and Single story, the protagonist travels through The Swamp while searching for Professor Rhinehart.
