Tiffany Zarubin is a Garden Club member who appears in all neighborhoods as long as The Sims 2: Seasons is installed. She can be made playable by marrying her or asking her to move in,when you marry her will add 1 simoleon . Usually, she insults the Sims in the household. She loves talking about Crime, Money, Politics and Fashion.
Since she will appear whether or not Open for Business is installed, and whether or not Bluewater Village is associated with a neighborhood, the game cannot treat her as related to Wanda Tinker (née Zarubin). Players are, of course, free to treat them as related.
