Tinsel Bluffs is a Residential lot in SimValley in The Sims Bustin' Out for console. It is the home of Fanny Adore and Humphrey Hawks. Tinsel Bluffs is located atop of a mountain that overlooks, what is presumably, SimCity.
This lot is very big, but it lacks the ability of having peace of mind. Each time your person does something or anything at times Fanny or Humphrey will nag at you about them being atop of the world or saying their last movie stunk. They continue to nag at you to get into Malcolm's big movie each tinme you move out. But what they lack is that being polite to Malcolm about it helps even more than fighting with him. Being in love helps more, though. Until then you'll have to ignore their wish.
Guess What?: But in the game they give you a hint about the movie script they want to sell: they admit their BRAIN'S pickled. Go to Shiny Thing's Lab (if you have it) and "talk" to the brain (it's in the main room) (but your character has to be in a good mood first and it takes awhile). Once completed you unlock the cypress tree (this tree is already noticed at Free Street 2). When they say to "muscle the muscle" you need to visit Toane's Gym (unless you don't already have it unlocked for an odd reason if you didn't have the Jock career) and attack either Max or Goldie. Even losing you'll get the colorful aqua swimming pool with the Sim dollar sign.
