Humphrey Hawks is a Sim from The Sims Bustin' Out who resides in SimValley. He lives in Tinsel Bluffs, along with Fanny Adore. Humphrey is employed in the Movie Star career track as a Sitcom Star. His favorite interaction is imitate.
Like Fanny, Humphrey is tricky to become friends as he maybe in a poor mood, but will laugh at the player's sim's jokes if they're lucky enough. But he is also different from her as he won't do any cleaning unless instructed by the player.
Humphrey is dressed as a laid-back 80's movie star with a lazy trait. It usually takes patience to get him to do something active.

- There is a glitch where his sign is Cancer when you first load Tinsel Bluffs, and his sign is actually Taurus. It changes when you next load Tinsel Bluffs. The same applies to Fanny Adore.
- If the player listens carefully enough: they can hear Humphrey singing in the shower when he's in a good mood.
