Tinsel Bluffs is a Residential lot in SimValley in The Sims Bustin' Out. It is the home of Fanny Adore and Humphrey Hawks.
Tinsel Bluffs is located atop of a mountain that overlooks, what is presumably, SimCity as it maybe a "sim"metrical rec-reconfiguration of Los Angeles in California.
This lot is very big, but it lacks the comfort of having peace of mind. Each time the player's person does something or anything Fanny or Humphrey will either brag at them about them being atop of the world or complain about something of theirs stinking worse than their last movie. They continue to nag at the player until he/she gets into Malcolm's big movie each time they move out. But what the residents lack is that being polite to Malcolm helps even more than fighting with him. Being in love and in the Movie Star career helps more, though. Until then, the character will have to ignore their goal.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- In the game, they give hints about the movie script they want to sell: their BRAIN'S pickled. The character must go to Shiny Things Lab (if available) and "talk" to the brain as it's in the main room. Once completed, the cypress tree becomes available (only unlocked at Free Street 2 for the residents, not player).
- When they say to "muscle the muscle", the character needs to visit Toane's Gym (unless it isn't already unlocked) and attack either Max or Goldie. Even the losing character gets the swimming pool with the Sim dollar sign.
- When the residents want them to "score" a red pool table, the player must visit Club Rubb (if unlocked) and beat Bing at a game of pool with a high body skill. You'll not only unlock the red pool table but something your sim says to either Humphrey or Fanny will result Fanny and Humphrey in not wanting to hear the rest after the main character has returned. This reason remains unknown.
