A trash plant is a type of plant in The Sims 4. It germinates from piles of trash that have been left on the ground and produce an odor that gives the uncomfortable emotion to nearby Sims. When harvested, they will produce a trash fruit. Trash plants, like any other plants, have to be taken care of, or else they will wither away and die. The trash plant is completely safe to eat.
