The unborn alien baby of Pascal Curious will be born shortly after starting to play the household. Pascal Curious was abducted by aliens before the game started, and he is on his third day of his pregnancy. There is a much higher chance (around 75%) of getting a girl than a boy and unless cheats are used, there is no hope for twins. The unborn baby will usually always have green skin and black hair. Most of the time it'll have black eyes, but sometimes they might be blue like Pascal's. However, this is quite rare.

In The Sims 2 on PSP, the child was a boy, who was named Tycho. In the story, Tycho was kidnapped by Vidcund Curious to make experiments.
