The unborn baby of the Monty family. He/she could have been the third child of Olivia Monty and Claudio Monty. If you resurrect them both, especially Olivia, you'll notice she is pregnant with this baby. Because Olivia was deceased, the baby will be dead as well. But if both parents are alive, they can try for a baby and bring back to life this baby.
