This unborn child is the daughter of Claire Ursine and her ex-boyfriend Jared Frio. Claire is in the criminal career track and it's up to the player whether Claire will mould her child in her own image or change to a more suitable job for a mother.
If the pregnancy is left alone, the baby tends to be born a girl (90% of chances to be a girl) with some combination of the Loner, Friendly and Athletic traits. Usually, it takes after Claire and has her bright red hair (unless it is dyed) and her whole face, but Jared's green eyes.
When left alone, with story progression and aging, 50% of the time, she grows up living with her father, and is even has a higher relationship with him, Monika Morris and/or Madison VanWatson, and devolops positive traits. When living with her mother, she devolops bad traits. Sometimes, she has either died of rare circumstances, or is taken away by the social worker, due to Claire's criminal career. This indicates a possibility that Claire usually neglects her daughter, and is taken away by either Jared, or the social worker, due to her possible arrests, and/or ignoring her daughter to go fishing, and/or to the gym.
As with all illegitimate children, the baby will automatically be born with the mother's last name, but it can be changed to Frio at city hall. Some players also give it the hyphenated last name "Frio-Ursine" or "Ursine-Frio."
