About me

As you might guess from my user name, I am Deaf, which makes for interesting game play especially when I don't know for sure if the "Try for a Baby" was a success until after a Sim day. I do usually play my game with earphones and maxed volume, but it seems that there have been a couple of times the chime did go and I didn't hear it so I had my couples try again right away because I seem to have a high number of twins in my game. I never knew that trying for a baby twice in one day both with success could result in twins.

As for the rest of my user name, it doesn't relate to the Marvel Comics superhero (although he is one of my favorite). It is actually related to my first name being a Hebrew name meaning "man" and my last name meaning cold.

I'm also told that I am an Admin. I guess that means that I have some other responsibilities here as well. (I guess I better learn what that entails.) So if you need help, I am willing to do so to the best of my abilities.

Possible plans here

I have been using this website for years now to find out more about the Sims games. I have all of the Sims 2 EPs and SPs and decided that I need to actually play the game rather than just knowing the technical aspects before I get into Sims 3. Besides, I kinda like the stability that is now with Sims 2 rather than always something new coming in with Sims 3. I did start playing the "Megahood" of all the Maxis hoods, but I kept getting an idea for my own hood where it starts with only 8 Sims of the same gender to populate everything. I have started to play it, and it is coming along nicely. I have placed a lot of rules and restrictions, which make it seem realistic. There is probably some challenge that is/was like this, but this is my own creation. I have started a Fanon of this hood at The Genesis Project, so take a look. Just be aware that it is still in the making.

To Do List

On top of doing the Fanon story that I have been doing and other upkeep of the wiki, I would like to get the following missing links written into articles of some fashion so that their links in the neighborhood articles are no longer red. Just because of the nature of finding the correct information, lots will probably be the first to be completed.
