My real name is Patrick; I am a college student living in Wisconsin (United States), and have been a Sims fan since I first played in 2000. I also play SimCity and other computer simulation games. I am a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, and still own a Sega Genesis with most of the original Sonic games. I am also a fan of Golden Sun, a video game series originally released on Nintendo's GameBoy Advance, and I've made a couple edits to the Golden Sun Universe Wiki. Aside from video games, I am interested in meteorology and cartography. I am also interested in human geography; how people have moved and changed over the centuries, where nations have formed and have collapsed, and how culture has originated and spread over the globe. In short, I'm a geography nerd. I am an editor and Administrator here on The Sims Wiki, and I'm here to edit as well as to help editors and to maintain order. I am also an Administrator on the RollerCoaster Tycoon Wiki, a relatively small Wiki for the RollerCoaster Tycoon game series. Current Projects and/or Ideas Creation of a Wiki User/Editor of the Month A system of user nomination (no self-nominations) or Admin nominations In cases of user nomination, at least two users (not including the nominee) must nominate a user that has made significant and positive contriubutions to the Wiki or to The Sims community. Would be handled in a similar manner to the "Article of the Month" feature ...or Admin nominations Admins amongst themselves select a user they feel should be given a spotlight... or, Admins select a group of finalist candidates who are then voted for on a monthly basis. Winning EotMs would have their name placed on the mainpage along with (possibly) a list of their recent contributions, a congratulations message, etc., as well as a link to the voting/nomination page for the next month. Winning EotMs would be given an award on their Userpage. Admins, Sysops, Rollbacks, etc would be eligible. Completed projects / finished ideas A template for short sections (see Template:Expand) Riddles/Puzzles Not Quite a Riddle - This has been floating around for a while, but hopefully you haven't heard it or read it yet - It's one of my favorites. Two old friends meet up in a restaurant over drinks of cold iced tea. The waiter delivers two teas, and the friends start drinking. The first friend is very thirsty and drinks his tea quickly. The second friend is there more to chat, and drinks his tea very slowly, enjoying the conversation. The second friend finishes their drink, then suddenly drops to the floor, dead.
