Sims can attend the handiness class and visiting the annex. They can receive a moodlet: Boring Conversation or Educated. The annex is also held a graduation ceremony when a Sim's trimester is finish.[1]
Sometimes, there's a bug that a Sim can't be graduated and doesn't receive an extra trait.
