Howlgard vs Tsukitani vs Heptanomis

This time it's a three-way battle between neighborhoods! Howlgard is a small town on an archipelago founded by a Northern European family of werewolves. Tsukitani is a quiet little town founded by the Japanese, rudely disturbed by the growing power of two families. Heptanomis is the capital of a power-starving nation that only cares about academic progress in the elixir market. Who will win? Only you can decide!
