Re: The Sims

Are you talking about the base game (which would almost certainly be Deluxe) or Complete Collection? I started with TS1 and still have a soft spot for it, though I've yet to reinstall it under Vista. (I eventually will - I've only had the Vista box for a couple of months.) MHO is that the expansions and the areas they add are what really makes it - if I had to pick a personal favorite, it'd be Makin' Magic and Magic Town. I like the way TS2 handles community lots, but as for the lots themselves, I think I still prefer the TS1 lots. Anyway, if it's Complete Collection, I'd say get it while it's there to be got.
