Request reason: I Promise I Won't Vandalize Anything Anymore
Decline reason: Your response simply does not convince me. Not only did you continue to vandalize a template despite multiple warnings, but you also created countless sockpuppet accounts, all of which were blocked upon discovery. Persistently creating sockpuppet accounts simply gives me the impression that, as soon as I lift the block, you will be back to tearing at the templates again, like a lion that's been caged but is still glaring at the little boy he wants to rip to shreds. Granted, I did see your sockpuppets apparently create some fanons, but repeatedly trying to evade your block is what concerns me.
