I've just watched a few videos and there is no indication whatsoever of his name. I'm not spending my entire evening watching YouTube videos just to find out somebody's name. Licensing tool

I wonder if you can disable the file licensing tool to unregistered users -- if it's allowed? After you fixed it when the tool broke, the vandal who kept inserting false license returned. After all, there doesn't seem to be any record where unregistered contributor helped license the files, or they can do it by editing the page instead. I can probably do something with Special:Abusefilter to try and mitigate the issue. It gets complicated when it's just one guy messing around with it and personally I don't want to lock out anons. completely from licensing images unless it's an absolute last resort.
