Descriptive file names[edit source]

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to The Sims Wiki. When you upload files to the wiki, please be sure that you use descriptive filenames that help give readers the idea of what the file contains/is about. You can do this by either:

  1. Renaming the file on your computer before uploading it to the wiki; or,
  2. On the Upload page, change the "Destination filename" field to a more descriptive name.

For example, a file named "Bella Goth.jpg" is better than a file named "Picture.jpg" or "SIM.jpg".

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
