She was the daughter of [[Henry Sutter|Henry]] and [[Violene Sutter]], the wife of [[Nobutaka Shikibu]], and the mother of [[Cleo Shikibu]].
Victoria's paternal grandparents are [[Soloman Sutter|Soloman]] and [[Diane Sutter]], and her maternal grandparents are [[Chester Harris|Chester]] and [[Augustine Harris]]. This makes her one of the few pre-made deceased Sims to have grandparents.
