Victoria Shikibu (née Sutter) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. She was the daughter of Henry and Violene Sutter, the wife of Nobutaka Shikibu, and the mother of Cleo Shikibu.

Victoria's paternal grandparents are Soloman and Diane Sutter, and her maternal grandparents are Chester and Augustine Harris. This makes her one of the few pre-made deceased Sims to have grandparents.

Victoria has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Victoria has the Family aspiration, and the Pisces zodiac sign. As far as personality, she is a little bit neat, as well as being quite active and nice, but she is quite shy and rather serious.

According to Victoria's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 14 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Victoria's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 27th Maxis face template in Create a Sim.
