Tesuo Shikibu (式部 哲夫)is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He was the husband of Itsumi Shikibu, the father of Nobutaka Shikibu, and the grandfather of Cleo Shikibu.

Tesuo has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Tesuo has the Romance aspiration, and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is a very active, and quite playful. But he is very sloppy, quite shy, and somewhat grouchy.

According to Tesuo's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was red before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 15 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Tesuo's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 16th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, he has a negative memory of his wife's death.

Tesuo is a misspelling of the Japanese name Tetsuo.
