Nobutaka Shikibu (式部 信孝) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He was the son of Tesuo and Itsumi Shikibu, the husband of Victoria Shikibu, and the father of Cleo Shikibu.

Nobutaka has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Nobutaka has the Popularity aspiration, and the Pisces zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is a little bit neat, as well as being quite active and nice, but he is quite shy and rather serious.

According to Nobutaka's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 19 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Nobutaka's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 6th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, he has negative memories of his parents and wife's deaths.
