What the land can't provide for you the villagers probably can, so if there's a need you have to fill, you can probably find the answer here. Clothing and groceries are readily available, as well as local handicrafts.
The Village Market is a community lot in the heart of Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Like all community lots, it can be visited by using the travel map. There are four travel paths leading from this lot. The northern path leads to Scavenger Fields, the southern path leads to the Village Harbor, the eastern path leads to the Hullaba Luau, and the western path leads to The Hot Springs.
In the Shipwrecked and Single story, after saving Nanihi Manave at the Scavenger Fields, the protagonist may travel to the Village Market. Upon arrival, Rarahu Anuata will greet him/her. The protagonist has to meet and befriend four natives here; Emobi Whetu, Kiri Roimata, Orama Herenui and Timoti Fekitoa. After that, Nanihi's mother Huhana Manave greets the protagonist and thanks him/her for saving her daughter. She also decides to start weaving the raft's sail for him/her.
