A magic stone that appears randomly somewhere in your town, but only if you have both of these expansion packs: The Sims 3: Supernatural and The Sims 3: Seasons.

The stone can be used by supernatural sims such as vampires or fairies, if successful the weather will change.

This was confirmed yesterday (9th of October 2012) at 10 pm by the The Sims crew. Watch the video yourself at the link below. (copy and paste it)
