The Exerto 5000 Multipress Exercise Machine is the default weight machine for The Sims 2. Sims can use it until they become fatigued.
The Sims 3
|
The Exercise Queen is the default weight machine for The Sims 3. Sims can use it until they become fatigued. It increases the Athletic skill, specifically the strength (as opposed to cardio) aspect of a Sim's fitness. Sims with high Athletic skill can train other Sims on this object. Weight machines are commonly found in the Gym and Academy lot types, alongside Treadmills (and in the latter's case, Board Breakers and Sheng Hai Training Dummies).
