William Norman

William Norman was the grandfather of Albany Capp. He died long before the game's beginning, and presumably lived outside of Veronaville, as his grave doesn't exist in the town, and he is not resurrectable. Oddly, he wears the Mayor's outfit.
William was a king of England. His name goes with the Norman's theme of British nobles.
