Yves Jacquet is the father of Gilbert Jacquet, who comes with The Sims 2: Open for Business. He is deceased, but before his death, he was the husband of Denise Jacquet. He is seen wearing a chef's hat and apron. It is thought that he owned J'Adore Bakery, and passed it on to his son. His parents are Jerome and Suzanne Jacquet. He does not have an aspiration or sign.

It is presumed that he died recently, as the bakery's stock includes cheesecake and Baked Alaska, which neither Denise nor Gilbert have the skill to make. However, his grave is nowhere to be found, and Denise and Gilbert do not have memories of his death.

Yves is known as Xavier in the UK version of The Sims 2.

The above statement about Yves being known as Xavier in the UK version is false. He is also known as Yves Jacquet and not Xavier Jacquet. Get your facts straight before you start making accusations.
