74 Gondola Way is a residential lot that appears in Bluewater Village, from The Sims 2: Open for Business for PC and Mac. It is the home of Malcolm Landgraab IV, the heir of the Landgraab family. It seems that previous generations of Landgraabs resided on the lot, although their graves are not present. The house is large and very extravagantly designed, perfectly fitting the equally extravagant Landgraab family.
The lot contains a vast mansion, a small separated, completely empty building and a large backyard. On the first floor there is a room featuring an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. The mansion also has a living room with two Soma AudioGeek TK421 Tower Systems, a large kitchen, and a dining room. The house also features a large patio. On the second floor, there is one very large bedroom used by Malcolm, a bathroom and an office with multiple desks and an expensive computer. There is also an unfurnished medium-sized balcony.
The mansion is clearly designed for a bachelor, with only one bedroom and expensive gadgets one would expect a rich bachelor to own. The mansion's furnishing is incredibly expensive, taking up most of the Landgraab family's funds. Ironically, despite the family making the bulk of their money on electronics, the house does not have a television.
If The Sims 2: Nightlife is installed, there is enough room for a driveway, and the small separated building is perfect for use as a garage.
