There is a bug associated with this building. It occurs after a Sim fulfills the "Doomsday" opportunity ([[Law Enforcement Career (The Sims 3)|Law Enforcement Career]] opportunity). What happens is that the game creates an invisible barrier which prevents you from entering the building. To correct this, you must go into build mode for this particular lot (edit town - edit community lot) and then use the "moveobjects on" cheat to freely move the main building a few squares until you can safely "clear" the area around the entrance with the bulldozer tool. You cannot delete the obstruction objects directly, because they do not show up, even in build mode! After you have used the bulldozer tool, move the building back into its original position, disable the cheat with "moveobjects off", save your town and exit into play mode again! |

Outstanding Citizen Warehouse Corp. is the abandoned warehouse of Sunset Valley and Riverview.
The entrance to this particular warehouse is a high-tech door around the back of the building, and not the boarded up door at the front.
In Sunset Valley there are gem spawners near the warehouse, especially behind it, and are rarer than usual, with rainbow gems commonly spawning there. Gold is also unusually common there.
