Spellcasters can work alone or in groups of up to three spellcasters. Unlike previous games, brewing potions run the risk of cursing Sims. Sims also have a chance of being cursed from drinking a Potion of Questionable Contents. Curses last indefinitely until cured, and Sims can receive up to three curses at a time.
