Belisama Hemlock is the toddler daughter of Morrigan Hemlock and Wogan Hemlock. She is a vampire, like her parents, and the youngest of Bridgeport. She is enemies with Jessica Talon, and Elvira Slayer; disliked with William Fangmann; and friends with her parents. Strangely enough for a toddler, she has dyed her tips red.

Belisama has learned how to walk and talk, but hasn't been potty trained. The player will have to buy a potty chair since there isn't one on the Hemlock lot. She has tan skin as a human and pale green skin as a vampire. Her favorite food is also Tri-Tip Steak, but when she becomes a young adult, the hunger need changes to thirst, and her favorite food changes to O-Positive.
