Belisama Hemlock is the toddler daughter of Morrigan Hemlock and Wogan Hemlock. She is a vampire, like her parents, and the youngest of Bridgeport. She is enemies with Jessica Talon, disgusts William Fangmann, and friends with her parents and Elvira Slayer.
