Belisama Hemlock is the toddler daughter of Morrigan Hemlock and Wogan Hemlock. She is a vampire, like her parents, and the youngest of Bridgeport. She is enemies with Jessica Talon, and Elvira Slayer; disliked with William Fangmann; and friends with her parents. Belisama is so far the only pre-made evil toddler, she is also notable for being the only pre-made toddler who has learned all her toddler skills in The Sims Series. She has tan skin as human and pale green skin as vampire. Her favorite food is also Tri-Tip Steak, but when she becomes a young adult, the hunger need changes to thirst, and her favorite food changes to O-Positive.

• Belisama is the name of a Cletic goddess worshipped in Briatian and Gaul and is compareable to Brigrid. The name means summer bright.
• Belisama's mother, Morrigan, is name after the Irish goddess of death. Her father's name, Wogan, maybe a play on the name Morgan, as in Morgan Le Fay of Arthurian Legend. Belisama's aunt, Brigit and an unrelated NPC, Brigid Steel are also named after the goddess and her two sisters, Brighid.
