Belisama Hemlock is the toddler daughter of Morrigan Hemlock and Wogan Hemlock. She is a vampire, like her parents, and the youngest of Bridgeport. She is enemies with Jessica Talon, and Elvira Slayer; disliked with William Fangmann; and friends with her parents. Strange enough for a toddler, she has dyed her tips red.
