Bill Racket is a sim from The Sims 3: Ambitions. He lives in the mysterious town of Twinbrook at 53 Puddlewick Road with his parents, Max and Marigold, his brother Dennis, his sister-in-law Silver, his nephew Shark and his niece Lolly.
He is quite a difficult man to get along with and can be inappropriate at times. It is implied that he and his brother Dennis, as well as his parents, may have bullied his other brother, Dudley, when he was still living with the rest of the family.
