Birth Queen is the daughter of Colony Drone 2121 and was the mother of Pollination Technician 9 Smith. As she's already deceased at the start of The Sims 2, you can only see her in the family trees of her son and his children: Chloe Singles, Lola Singles, Johnny Smith, and Jill Smith, who are her grandchildren.
Strangely when viewing her relationships in SimPE, she has no relation to Colony Drone 65535, who was PT9's father. According to Birth's SimDNA, her genetics are for black hair. Before she died, she was 38 days from being an elder, meaning that she may have used the Elixir of Life shortly after entering adulthood.
