Birth Queen was the mother of Colony Drone 65535, the paternal grandmother of Pollination Tech 9 Smith and great grandmother to his children. She is already deceased before the start of the game and can only be seen in the family tree of Pollination Technician 9.

Strangely when viewing her relationships in SimPE, Birth has no relation to Colony Drone 1000101, who was Colony Drone 65535's father. According to Birth's SimDNA, her genetics are for blonde hair, which is relatively uncommon for an alien. Before she died, she was 38 days from being an elder, meaning that she may have used the Elixir of Life shortly after entering adulthood.
