Bob Pancakes is a pre-made Sim living in Willow Creek, one of the worlds in The Sims 4. He is married to Eliza Pancakes, but the family biography implies that their marriage is an unhappy one. However, they have the same starting relationship as other married couples when actually played, though their trait conflicts may cause problems later on.

Bob is a Young Adult, and is 20 days away from becoming an Adult. He has the Food - Master Chef aspiration, and works in the Culinary career at Level 3 (Caterer). He has three skill points each in cooking and mixology, and one skill point in video gaming.

Bob may be based in part on Bob Newbie: both are named Bob, and married to women whose names are diminutives of Elizabeth. Furthermore, Bob Pancakes' untidy habits, as well as his physique and beard, are very similar to Bob Newbie's in the original The Sims, while his hair, skin and eye color is very similar to Bob Newbie's in The Sims 2 (console) and The Sims 2: Pets (console).

He is the protagonist of the official Stay Weirder trailer for The Sims 4, which describes him as "the least interesting Sim in the world", and portrays him as a loser and a henpecked husband.
