Bob Pancakes is a pre-made Sim residing in Willow Creek, one of the worlds in The Sims 4. He is married to Eliza Pancakes and they also have a son called Iggy Pancakes, who was uploaded into Gallery by Maxis shortly after the toddlers update.

Bob is a young adult, and is 24 days away from becoming an adult. He has the Master Chef aspiration, and works in the culinary career at level 3 (caterer). He has three skill points each in cooking and mixology, and one skill point in video gaming.

Bob may be based partially on Bob Newbie, as both are named Bob, and married to women whose names are diminutives of Elizabeth. Furthermore, Bob Pancakes' untidy habits, as well as his physique and beard, are very similar to Bob Newbie's in the original The Sims, while his hair, skin and eye color is very similar to Bob Newbie's in The Sims 2 (console) and The Sims 2: Pets (console).

Bob and Eliza's marriage is an unhappy one, as said in their family bio. Their traits are fairly conflicting, and the two appear to sleep in separate bedrooms, although their in-game starting relationship is about average.

He is the protagonist of the official Stay Weirder trailer for The Sims 4, which describes him as "the most least interesting Sim in the world", and portrays him as a loser and a henpecked husband.
