Do the Burbs really love the suburbs?

In The Sims: Unleashed, the Burbs are a family living in 63 Gunther Goth Highway of Old Town, living a 1950s lifestyle. The family members are Brad, Tiffany, their son Johnny, and Tucker, the family dog. In Sims 2 the Burbs are a family found in the family bin in Pleasantview. There are three members to the family as of the start of the game; Johnny (now known as John), Jennifer, and their child Lucy.Jennifer is the sister of Daniel Pleasant, and they are both the children of Diane and Jeff Pleasant from the original Sims game. In The Sims 3 they'll be new to the neighborhood as teenager Brad Burb and teenager Tiffany Burb ( Tiffany won't be new though ). They will dating but Ginia Kat is trying to break them up so she can be with Brad.

Like all three games, The Burbs are new to the town. In The Sims Unleashed, the Burbs moved to Old Town because Brad is tired of the city, while Tiffany is not. In The Sims 2, John, who had married Jennifer and was blessed with one child, Lucy, moved back to Pleasantview. Perhaps after he got married he moved to the city, and decided to return to their hometown. In The Sims 3, they recently moved to Sunset Valley.
