Chaz Whippler is an Académie Le Tour student majoring in Literature in his Freshman year of college. He can be found in the family bin with his roommates, Ellen Frost and Phineaus Furley. He has a crush on Ellen, but she only thinks of him as friend.

Strangely when his relationships are viewed in SimPE, Chaz recognizes Marla Biggs as his sister and vice-versa. They do not appear on one another's family trees however.

Chaz also recognizes Toby Mace, an NPC coach as his father, but the relation isn't mutual. Since Marla has no relation to Toby, it's safe to assume that Chaz and Marla are probably meant to be half-siblings.
